Integrated Pain Solutions (IPS), founded by Dr. Gladstone C. McDowell II, receives operational support from American Pain Consortium Holdings, LLC, (APCH), an organization based in Indianapolis that provides management services to interventional pain management (IPM) practices and ambulatory surgical centers (ASC) across the Midwest. APCH recently acquired the IPS-affiliated Gemini Surgery Center (GSC).
In addition to GSC, APCH oversees three pain care clinics and two surgery centers in Indiana under the Center for Pain Management brand. APCH is looking to expand into other regions and is currently seeking investors as well as additional pain care practices to bring under its umbrella.
APCH member organizations offer a variety of pain management treatments that may include nerve blocks and injections, spinal cord stimulators, intrathecal pain pumps, ketamine infusions, diagnostic imaging services, high-complexity toxicology lab services, physical therapy, responsible pain medication management, and psychological services. IPS also offers stem cell injections and hormone replacement therapy and engages in research trials.
